The staffs were so nice and professional, also the arrangement of room is a bit inconvenient as we have to walk far to our room. It is good that the kitchen is well equipped with all cooking equipment and utensil!

The attitude of the hotel staff is average. The kitchen utensils in the room are not very good. Please pay more attention to the hotel staff because the bottom of the pot is broken and it is still used by others. And check out at 11 o'clock is too early, and check in cannot be earlier. This hotel is not humane.
Before checking in, they said that there is only 1 box of tissues per week, but all the tissues given to you are from the previous guest. It is a very picky hotel.

It's very clean and the reception staff is really friendly! It's about an hour from downtown London because it's Sutton, but it's easy to get there and back! There's also a Tesco about 8 minutes away, so it's good for eating out.

Nice location and modern studios. First time staying here. Kitchen not as well equipped as other Adagio properties I've stayed at but adequate for a couple of nights. Was really nice to have a washing machine in the room instead of a shared one. Great shower and good WiFi. Shame there is no fitness room. Would stay here again.
